Excellence through Social & Emotional Learning (ExSEL)

The ExSEL program provides tools and skills to students at all age and grade levels with support around social and emotional learning. These skills, and attitudes develop healthy identities, manage emotions and achieve personal and collective goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain supportive relationships, and make responsible and caring decisions.
