Self Care Kickback
The Self Care Kickback provides a space for teens of color to heal, commune, learn vital self-care practices and care for each other in order to thrive in these tough times while maintaining positive mental, physical, and social wellbeing. Each Self Care Kick back incorporates social time and self care. Join us on Fridays from 5-8PM!
Self Care is important because it is a stress reliever and keeps your mental health in check. The aim of each kickback is to introduce you to activities that can be incorporated into your weekly schedule so that you can get in the practice of self-care more regularly.
