Pregnancy and New Parent Support

Provides in-home case management, education, and support to pregnant families ensuring completion of prenatal visits with a medical professional, doula support, and resources needed for a healthy birth. Provides lactation support and continued home visits and support to new parents until their child reaches 24 months.
